Regular items ( not on sale ) can be return and exchange within 7 days.

ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR DISCOUNT CODES OTHER THE “WELCOME” DISCOUNT CODE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

Return/Exchange Duration and Eligibility

  • Our return/exchange window is 7 days. To be eligible for the 7-day return and exchange criteria, YOU MUST send out the package back to us within this timeframe , this time begins from the MOMENT your order has been DELIVERED to you. For instance, if you contact us on day 7 but send out the return package on day 15, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE. If a chargeback is issued for such cases, we will present our shipping and return policy to your bank, highlighting that you were informed of this policy. If any issue detected on the product you simply request exchange and you will get new product, customer have to bear the delivery charges in it.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • For returns and exchanges, items must be shipped back in the original packaging with the tags intact and without any harm or damage to the clothing.
  • Your return or exchange will only be processed once these items have been received and inspected by our team.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Start your return or exchange process by contacting us via our contact page or directly at orders@luxapparels.com or WhatsApp us at +92-331-7390839 Our dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps. For return or exchange, customer will sent the article to their nearest courier to our office and customer will will pay the amount of shipping to the courier services.

Return Shipping Details

  • We provide return shipping labels only for the PAK. For customers in other countries (globally) , the responsibility for covering return shipping costs lies with the customer.

Refund Policy

Upon successful receipt and inspection of a returned item, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it might take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account due to varying processing times of payment providers. Following details are to be considered for returns:

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item on our Instagram/Whatsapp , within 2 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

We deliver products with the time span of 2-4 days across Pakistan and international delivery might take 1-2 weeks depending on locations.

Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to exchange an item, please get in touch within the 7-day window. After we receive and review the product you wish to exchange, we’ll send out the replacement item.
